Everything here comes off the same machine — a Roland VersaSTUDIO BN2-30 running eco-solvent CMYK+White at 1,440 dpi, contour-cut in a single pass. The quality of the equipment is the whole point.
Sharp edges on curved glass.
Storefront windows are unforgiving. Any drift on the contour cut shows the second the sun hits the glass. The BN2-30's servo-driven cutter tracks the print at ±0.1 mm, so lettering lands crisp on every pane — even the curved ones.

Panel-accurate template work.
A partial wrap only looks intentional when it wraps around the vehicle's body seams instead of ignoring them. We design against the actual factory templates for every make and model — so the seams line up, and the print doesn't get chopped by a door handle.

Built for the SoCal sun.
An exterior sign lives in direct sun year-round. Roland's eco-solvent inks lock into the vinyl instead of sitting on top, and a UV laminate handles the rest. Colors that pop the day you install stay accurate three, five, sometimes seven years later.

Perforated so the driver can still see.
Perforated window vinyl is a print job most machines can't handle cleanly — the tiny holes wreck the ink lay-down. The BN2-30's 1,440 dpi head prints edge-to-edge without banding, so what looks solid from outside stays see-through from the driver's seat.
